After a life changing journey to India, Dr. Spohn-Gross and her 10 year old daughter, Hannah sparked a reaction that evolved into a national awareness campaign "Helping a Sister".
With media recognition and growing public support, Hannah is now expanding this nationwide empowering girls to help each other for the social benefit of all.
It all started from a Water Well and now Hannah is making Barbie Dolls and sending them back to the girls in India.
The program was so successful that it is now being expanded to Africa, Southern America, Latin America and many other places globally.
